    How To Know Where Your Order Is:

    You should have received an email or text with your tracking link, it will update you on where your order is.

    Be sure to check your spam folder just in case the email landed there.

    If you have not received an email or text yet, then we may still be creating your products.

    Creation: 

    It usually takes 1–7 business days (depending on demand) to create your products, package them and ship them out.

    Delivery:

    Once your items have shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can stay up to date with your order.

     
    Transit times will vary from 1 day to 20 days depending on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout. You can see rates that apply to your location at checkout, and if you've already ordered you can check your tracking link for more information.

    We have warehouses in the U.S.A, Canada, Latvia & Spain. We offer worldwide shipping, so our system chooses which warehouse to ship from based on proximity and product availability.

    We provide FREE returns for U.S. customers.

    Did you order from the US, UK, Canada, Spain or Australia? Instead of paying for international shipping to send your items back, you can have the hassle-free experience of shipping items back within your local country.

    Ordered from another EU country? You can still return your items to Latvia for reduced shipping costs.

    Customers outside the US will still be responsible for postage.
