Estimated Arrival: Our system will provide you with an estimated arrival date at checkout.

Creation: It takes 1–7 business days (depending on demand) to create your products and ship out your order.

Delivery: Once your items have shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can stay up to date with your order.

Transit times will vary from 1 day to 20 days depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout. You can see rates that apply to your location at checkout.

Location: Our warehouses are in the U.S.A, Canada, Latvia & Spain. We offer worldwide shipping, so our system chooses which warehouse to ship from based on proximity and product availability.

Returns: We provide FREE returns for our U.S. customers. International customers can also return their items, but will be responsible for postage.

Material: Made with cardboard and high-definition toner-based printing.

Texture: The outer layer is coated to give it a premium feel while the inner layer is lightly coated enough to make it perfect for writing, especially with a ballpoint pen.

Ethics: Our postcards are certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® and no sweatshops are used in the production of our cards.
